DINNER BUFFET MENU:

Spring Mixed Salad

with assorted garnishes and dressings

Spinach and Gorgonzola Salad

Tossed with sliced pecans, apples and cherry tomatoes in a raspberry vinaigrette

Stuffed Chicken Breast

Stuffed with wild rice and topped with a white wine mushroom sauce

Slow Roasted Angus Prime Rib

With creamy horseradish and au jus
